Do I need to join to Listen to « Costa Del Mar – Radio »?  Is it Free?
Yes, you need to register on our website and it is Free!

Choose only your Sign-up method to get a FREE account:
– E-mail address and password,
– Facebook link,
– Google link.
And then enjoy listening to all channels of « Costa Del Mar » Radio.

How do I listen on the website?
The easiest way to listen is by visiting the HOME page and clicking on a channel. Music will start automatically.

How do I listen on my mobile device?
It is easy and Free!
Go to « APPS » section on our website (http://www.costadelmar-radio.com/) and download our free Smartphone App.
Available for iOS, Android and Windows Phone device.

How do I listen using an external player ?
By subscribing a Premium account (SILVER or GOLD), you will be allowed to use an external player.
With your Premium account you will find your « m3u » links of your channels into « MY ACCOUNT » menu, then into « MY PLAYER » section (one channel for SILVER account or all channels for GOLD account).
Then, copy links or open them on hardware players like Sonos and Squeezebox, or on desktop players such as iTunes, VLC, Windows Media Player and many others.

Which payment options do you accept?
Currently, we only accept PayPal payment.
We are working to offer you possibility to pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

With a SILVER Premium account, is it possible to change of channel during my subscription?
No. It is impossible to change your favorite channel during your subscription.

With a SILVER Premium account, is it possible to upgrade to a GOLD Premium account?
Yes. Go to « Subscription Type » in your « Account » area, you will see your current account and could choose to Upgrade your account.

IMPORTANT : If you upgrade your account (SILVER to GOLD) within 2 first months of your subscription, the SILVER subscription fee will be deducted on the Gold subscription. Indeed, you will pay 24 € to get your GOLD Premium account instead 35,88 €. (Only for an Annual subscription)
Beyond 2 months, you will pay normal price.

MY ACCOUNT

How do I update my information?
Visit your « ACCOUNT » page to update your personal information.

Can I share my Premium account with friends or family?
Your support enables us to continue building a better service. We encourage everyone who enjoys our service to pay for their own Premium account. Your Premium account can be used in multiple places or on multiple devices, as long as only one connection is active at any given moment.
Our system detects multiple connections by the same account and will disconnect all additional listeners.

How do I close my Premium account?
You can cancel it at any time, for any reason, and you will not be billed again. Once cancelled, your Premium membership will remain active until its expiration. Please contact our customer service team to close your Premium account.

 

TECHNICAL ISSUES

My audio keeps dropping out or buffering. How do I Fix it?
1 – Ensure your connection is not saturated with downloads, system updates, or other users sharing the same connection.
2 – Test a different channel.
3 – Connect from a different network. (Free wi-fi networks can be notoriously intermittent.)
4 – Stream video from another service like YouTube or Hulu.

I cannot hear audio at all. What should I do?
1 – Check the volume controls on your media player and your computer.
2 – Test a song stored directly on your computer.
